Know the Calories in Fruit
Count and monitor your calorie intake. It is very important to keep us in shape. Some people are very health conscious and really monitor regularly the entire calorie counts that they put in their bodies.
Although calories in fruit mainly include carbohydrates, a little of protein and sometimes a very little of fats, it is still important to take into consideration the amount of fruit you take daily or regularly. It is worth to note that there are some fruits like avocado have a very high fat content.
Fruit and vegetable diet is a very good tool to keep our body in shape. Again, it will only be good if we know very well the calorie content of each fruit and vegetable that we are going to eat. One has to know that fruit is sugar. Although some may think that it is a very good source of carbohydrates, still this has to take in moderation
One good thing about fruits and vegetables diet is that it is a very good source of low calorie diet if you choose the right fruits and vegetables to eat. Fruits and vegetables are very rich in vitamins and high in fiber. Both contain nutrients that are needed in our body. Fruits are also very good antioxidants.
If you want to reduce your calorie intake, it is safe to go for fruits and vegetables diet. Fruits are easier to digest compared to any other source of carbohydrates and protein. These are very good substitute to other types of food if you face hunger. With this you will satisfy your hunger and at the same time assured of lower calorie intake.
Let’s count some calories in fruit. You can enjoy the combination of sweet and sour taste of an orange while only getting fifty calorie counts. You can fill your hunger with a sweet and crunchy taste of apple and surprisingly this has only forty five calorie counts. Take about a hundred grams of blackberries and has lots of vitamin C, again this only counts twenty eight calories. A hundred grams of blueberries got higher calorie counts at fifty one but one of the most antioxidants, a very good agent in preventing cancer cells growth. Watch out for bananas with eighty calorie counts, and yet this is the most common savior to fill your stomach, still a low calorie count compared to other hunger fillers.
